I purchased two versions (black stripe and gold model) before and now replaced the black stripe with new wording. The engraving was accurate, but I received a different color model. No problem! Immediate & kind response from vendor who redid the ordered color and sent out the corrected one within days. Very happy with product, durability and customer service. I keep mine on 24/7. Holds up to shower, and hot weather humidity. I would only order from this company.
