Overall I'd say this is a good product. Currently using it for a grade 3 sprain. It's a very supportive boot but took some getting used to, at first the boot was very very uncomfortable. Which my doctor did warn me about. After a few days I got used to it. It's also bit tricky at first to figure out the proper amount of air to pump in. If there's too much air your toes will eventually go knumb. I feel like the 2 socks that it came with were of a less quality. Toe seam on the socks were very uneven but serves purpose. The boot feels on the heavier side when walking. The rubber sole is not slip resistant when on wet surfaces. Size wise is accurate, I'm a women's size 10 shoe. The medium size was perfect.
