I bought this product to make Puris and its perfect for that. Would have given 5 stars if it came with temperature control. I also used it to make Panipuris and they came out really good.
Changing to five stars. The trick to get perfect rotis is to make the dough very soft (almost runny). Wet your hands take some amount of dough and press it. No need to roll nothing. I still use a stovetop to bake the rotis because that is faster. Rotis are very nice and soft. The roti making time has been reduced to less than half.
The construction is sturdy. Heats up nicely and evenly. Overall I am pretty satisfied
