I struggle with styes in my eyes. I spray this onto a cotton ball and rub across my lids nightly to keep styes from forming. This spray works well. My eyes feel great after using and I haven't gotten any styes since I started using this spray. Do not spray directly into eyes, but rather, spray onto something that you can wipe across the lids.
