It does the job for a sugar substitute but................after a while I am wondering if it doesn't have some effects on the digestive system as well..............like diarrhea or close to it.............but nothing like xylitol. I still use it and once in a great while I have to race to the bathroom. But then I have recently been put on BP meds so not sure if they are part of the problem.

I'm hoping this doesn't take me out of keto. It reports it's two time sweeter than sugar. But it takes more to sweeten my coffee than when I use sugar. So that to me is false advertising.
