I Received my order today.And was so Disappointed to me they are not Airtight they do not snap down. U turn them upside down and the lid falls open. If is was airtight it would not open !! Not Happy . UPDATE today is April the 18 and the company has Reached out with this problem about the airtight lids was so Please that they did just goes to show they care about there Customers and want to make it right. The set is very beautiful and well made. Light weight but sturdy. Looks very nice on my kitchen counter. Just remember to wash it with warm soapy water, dry and rub it with a towel before first use.

Elegant & Sturdy: Acrylic is 6 mm thick. Bins can be separated or all 4 spice bins can be toted together in the acrylic tray with non-skid footing. Having multiples of these sets would be great for other types of condiments, too. The mini-spoons have a long-enough handle so they won't slump, sink, or disappear into the bins. There is just about a 1-2mm gap between the spoon handles and the closed lids -- humidity will not be affected in a dry desert clime, but may be different in more humid climates. The lids have rubberized padding for protection and snug closure. The polished stainless steel bands are a nice touch. Product is from China.

Smaller than I thought but it works. I got this to keep behind the bar to hold my drink garnishes like lemons limes and cherries. I threw the little spoons away, small and flimsy, one broke right away. It looks nice and works okay, just wish it were a little bigger.
