This raincoat fits well, and is true to size. The zipper is sturdy and doesn't snag. The cuffs help to keep the rain from getting up the sleeves. I like the length (on my son, it ends at low hip). My son seems to be comfortable in it. Of course, the design is cute. BUT the one shortcoming this coat has is that it won't keep a child completely dry in heavy rain. I live in a rainy area, and after a walk in the rain, there were a few wet spots here and there on the sweatshirt my son wore underneath. This jacket is not totally waterproof. It's fine for moderate exposure, but don't expect it to keep your child completely dry in a heavy downpour, or long exposure to rain. Then again, for the price, it's still a good value.

I bought this cute rain jacket for my 4 yo son. It fits great & is high quality. It's also high visibility for our walks to school in the morning when its still kind of dark. The material keeps him very dry in the rain. There's a huge place to write his name inside also so that it makes it way home from school or wherever he goes.
