Preface: I did not install this canopy on the gazebo which already has a brand new, but ill-fitting canopy. But I have ordered at least 7 different canopies from Amazon, 5 just this month trying to find one that would fit a 10x10 gazebo. The ones in the past that did fit were not worth repurchasing.
So I can't comment on the fit, but the material is much thicker compared to all the others, even the one that was dual-layered.
So if this fits your dimensions, I would recommend this one because I would not waste my time with cheap material that will tear and break. And so what if it says it's UV-resistant? I haven't come across one on Amazon that lives up to the advertisement.
Honestly, this might be one of the items best bought from your friendly local hardware store - keep them in business, because besides this canopy, they're all ****.

The main part fits but does not have straps on the parts that rise to the center, only along the edges. It does have a inner layer that looks to be water resistant or proof, the previous one I paid double for was a single layer only and tore apart within 2 years of exposure to the Arizona sun.
The top piece is about 4" too short to fit. I had to use zip ties to hold 2 corners down so there is a gap where rain can come straight down. My gazebo needs a 4' square piece.
