Awesome Product, Awesome Customer Service

My Alehorn arrived last night and I was ecstatic - it's absolutely gorgeous, and I immediately fell in love. I was looking forward to enjoying a beer with it today (worked out before bed and didn't wanna kill my gainz, bro).
Then, the unthinkable happened: I found some damage on the inside of the horn. Having already imprinted on my horn like a baby duck with its mother, I hoped it was reparable and emailed the company for advice.
First of all, Ben replied to my email after only 11 minutes which is a pretty astonishing response time.
Second, and speaking as a manager in the service industry myself, he provided some of the best customer support I've ever received. He told me how to fix my horn, then told me I shouldn't have had to and that he was sending me a brand new one in addition.
Not all heros wear capes. Actually for all I know Ben does. I didn't ask. You get the point.
I'll update this review with details once I repair the first horn, receive the new one, and drink from both.

After my initial review, the seller reached out and offered to make this right by replacing the defective item. For that reason, I'm changing my rating on this product.
Love the feel of it, the look of it, everything. I drank like a Viking on 3 separate occasions. Then it started leaking. A quick google search said to use nail hardener. I spent last evening applying 4 coats with 30 minutes of dry time in between. Before I went to bed, I filled it with water and set it on my wooden dining room table on a paper towel to look for leaks. I saw none and went to bed. I woke up this morning to a puddle on the floor and a discolored blotch on my table from the nail hardener/water slurry.

I was super excited to get this for my boyfriend. It looked beautiful when it arrived, but leaked at the first use :( the shipping box wasn't damaged and I was surprised and disappointed it didn't live up to expectations

While the package did arrive timely, the box appeared to be opened already as the tape that usually seals orders from amazon has cut down the center of the box.
Upon opening the box and inspecting the item, it was pealing in several places. I then filled the AleHorn cup with water and noticed it leaking out of a large crack around the base where the cup is meant to sit. After about 2 hours of applying a silicon and super glue make shift sealant it was able to hold water with out leaking.
All and all it is now a nice display piece however that was not why I intended to purchase it. HOWEVER, Once I contacted the company about the poor quality, they promptly replaced the defective product with one that meets all of my standards and is satisfactory
