This thing is genius in design, well made, fairly easy to install (took me about 1 1/2 hr.), works perfect. Exactly what I needed for a tight space in a smallish laundry room.

I think the idea is good, but you have to have pretty much a direct inline situation between the dryer and the wall opening. Should have ordered the 90º version but it still might have been too thick. I ended up with a periscope style unit that saved me a couple of inches in depth.

Didnt realize it only came with a short length of hose. Had to go get more hose to make it from wall to dryer.
