Very necessary for me. I only wish it was half the size, I have two one for home and one for work I keep at my desk, doesn't fit in my lunch bag or my pocket! Also not a secure top, it leaks if tilts over.

I love this container! I use it in the road to keep my mouth guards safe and clean, and I even use it to clean my guards! I like that it has no holes because the case that my mouth guard came with has holes in it so I can't clean my mouth guard. I have grandchildren who love to play with things left on the counter, so this keeps my guard away from inquisitive eyes. (and hands. LOL). I also like that it has a basket that you can pull your guard out with and not have to dip your fingers into the cleaning solution. All in all, a Great product that is study and well designed!

I do think it is what was as advertised and good overall. My problem is that it is just barely big enough to fit my dentures in and have to put them in a certain way to fit in so they can be covered by water. I didn't think my dentures were any larger then most but really wouldn't know. Next time I will pay the couple bucks more and get the larger size. It is well constructed and even down to the fine point of having little legs at the bottom so it is raised just enough to get air underneath in case any water spill will dry. I also like that they are proactive customer service.

I bought 3 of these little containers for my kids. All three have retainers and cleaning them was pretty inconvenient. The first night, after giving them to my kids, my daughter came down and proclaimed this the best thing in the world. She really, really hates to touch any yucky used dishwater or, in this case, retainer cleaning fluid, so she loves that there is a basket inside the container that she can just lift out to retrieve her retainer.
I also purchase retainer brite and the kids are using that to clean their retainers with this remarkable little box.
