This is terrific pizza sauce, although $18 is highway robbery. I get it at Restaurant Depot for under $6/can. This stuff is extremely thick, like tomato paste. Best to thin it with water. I've been adding 1/2 gallon water to a can and I'm even thinking of thinning it further, like maybe 50/50.
