I use this supplement in the morning. it helps me manage my appetite and cravings. I'm changing my eating habits and have eliminated refined sugar and most grain-based carbs. I'm in the second month and have my craving for these foods pretty much under control. Both are highly addictive and difficult to remove from my diet. I believe taking this supplement has really helped. I have a lot of weight to lose, and I will only be successful if I lose weight in a healthy way by choosing a nutritious diet and exercising. I'm doing well with slow steady weight loss, and the Green Tea Extract supplement has been an additional tool. Just ordered my second bottle.

Love the green tea capsules. I don't drink coffee or soda and energy drinks are just too much caffeine. So what's a person to do? These green tea capsules are just the right amount of caffeine to keep me going most of the work day. They help me focus and stay awake. I get so much more done in a day. Will continue to take these every day!

I've been using the green tea extract for about a month or so, and I truly do feel a difference, especially when I haven't taken it. The energy isn't immediate but it does slowly happen, and it has affected my overall day to day routine and that's what matters the most to me. I will continue to take these, without a question.

Great product! Great company! Great service. I've been using this for a few months and I really really like how it helps me manage my appetite with help making me feel jittery or uncomfortable. There is very light caffeine in it. I was able to lose a few pounds before my trip to see my sister and that made me happy
