Knocked off one star because the can can did have a dent. I just bagged and froze in 28oz portions. The tomatoes are good, and the perfect consistency. I would buy again.

I was going to buy again, but the price increased from $14.00 to $20.00, too much of an increase for me to buy again at this time

In my neurotic never ending pursuit of the best homemade pizza sauce I think I must have tried every brand of tomatoes by now. These are my favorite although 7/11, made by the same company but that include the skins, were also good. The #10 can is too much for home use but you can freeze the extra with only a small loss of flavor. I've made plenty of good sauces with a variety of brands, most being San Marzano but these seem to have that extra bit of "pixie dust" that have made them my go to.

Loved the quality of the ground tomatoes and their thickness. Add a can to my salsa recipe which uses fresh tomatoes and it cooked into the perfect consistency. Will use again next batch!

As a restaurant owner , i have used all 7/11 tomato products. When i make homemade pizza i use this. I add to it 1 T of the following spices Salt, Oregano. Dried Basil. Sugar, black pepper ( crushed red Pepper added if you like it spicier) all dissolved in 1/ 2 cup water then add to the sauce and heat gently , DO NOT BOIL. Just enough heat to dissolve in the sauce , stirring frequently . Then i add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan . I then package in plastic pint deli containers and freeze, taking them out as needed.

I was parked outside my favorite pizza restaurant and noticed a empty tomato magic can near the dumpster and I said to myself Ah ha this is the secret ingredient to their sauce. I immediately researched and found this item . I bought a couple cans (The cans are xxlarge) . I love this item and would recommend.
