Hands down the best pan I've had in 25 years.
The non-stick surface is wonderful. Better and easier to clean than other brands I have in this price: Pampered Chef, T-fal, Farberware Millenial.
I like the high sides of this pan for more than just omlets.

Reviews for different products seem to show up together here, but I am talking about the Infinity Grill pan. It's not as heavy as it looks and handles well. The non-stick part delivers, though I've only used it 3 or 4 times now. I am used to cooking in bigger pans, so the size will take some getting used to for me, as well as the raised design. It does limit the things to use it for a bit (sauces are hard to scrape out, for example), but I guess that's why they call it a GRILL pan. My steak came out great, anyway!
