I ordered this for a friend as a thank you gift and she let me try a piece.
She's lucky she got the box back after I took my first bite!
The mesh of luxuriously smooth caramel with just a touch of sea salt blended so well with the dark chocolate, which I found to be one of the first, that did not have a bitter taste to it. The bourbon flavoring only came on gently at the end and was not overpowering in the least!
I will definitely be ordering this again in the future as a Hostess gift, thank you gift, birthday gift and yes.... I plan on getting a box for myself!
