Great Earring Organizer

Too many earrings and not enough ways to see them was my problem. Although not all big earrings will fit in these compartments, most of them do and I can easily see which ones are there without opening up the case. I have 3 of these now and plan for a couple more to replace earring boxes with solid tops and compartments that are too deep to extract a delicate earring.
This is not the greatest quality but the price is so much less than ...

This is not the greatest quality but the price is so much less than the other Jewelry cases and it does serve it's purpose. So considering the price plus the function I should give it more stars but I got what I paid for.
So I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase

Packaged professionally and was shipped promptly. Arrived with no damage (as some have described), with protective film firmly affixed to the clear top (which I cut to fit and left on so I don't scratch the top myself). It was accurately described and exactly what I was looking for. So I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase.
Doesn't quite do the job

I expected better. The case itself is fine, fairly sturdy and looks neat and trim. Unfortunately, the insert does not do the job. Yes, it is cheap plastic that is flocked on the top side, but I could live with that. The problem for me is that the section divisions are too shallow. The case itself is nearly 3/4" deep, but the sides of the sections are only 3/8" deep. So, if the box is moved, the contents will not stay in each section. Trying to figure out if there is a way to make this workable or if it just needs to be returned.

Very bad smell I am hoping will go away. I ordered it to store my snap buttons and I am not sure it will work. Maybe okay for thin chains I use to make jewelry. I ordered 5 and am planning to return 3 although it is a hassle. Cheap quality and small, shallow compartments. I will look for something else.
