I ordered this small camera to take with me on trips... Being a photographer myself, I loved the compact camera instead of lugging my camera equipment for trips... I purchased the camera in Aug of 2016... The camera did not want to switch between looking at photos and back to camera mode until I turned the camera off then back on again...
I took it out recently to snap a few photos at my daughters wedding..., The camera would not stay on and wasn't charging... I have emailed the Co several times and tried all the resets etc they suggested with no progress... Now I have a 500.. camera that doesn't work and the Co continues to exchange the original camera with one that doesn't charge properly... I'm not sure they have one that does...
oh and from my research there is no phone number for this Co...,

I am an amateur photographer and the built in setting along with the ability to go full manual is a great way to get introduced

If you are planning on spending a day taking photos - plan to bring a portable usb charger (it charges relatively quickly) as the battery is my real only negative. I'd suggest getting a carrying case as well to prevent any damage. This little camera gets tons of attention while out and about. I am an amateur photographer and the built in setting along with the ability to go full manual is a great way to get introduced to photography beyond the simply iPhone camera. I do like the standalone functionality when you don't have time to connect the DXO One to the iPhone. I carry this little guy everywhere with me.
Worth it!

The DXO one puts you into a different class of photographers. It's get the attention of others and as new features are added you get to see the added value to your connected camera. Will be a long time before the DxO ONE becomes obsolete because it is way ahead of the curve in terms of connected devices. I'm excited for when DXO comes out with more products like this.
Great little camera

Great little camera. Just got it 3 days ago and have been using it almost constantly. Easy to use, great pictures, compact...
