I love this towel warmer. Installation is not that complicated. It comes with installation instructions. You need a laser level, measuring tape and drill. I was able to install it with in 30 minutes including wiring. the build quality is also good. It keeps the towels warm and dry. I use it to dry my towels to kill the damp smell that usually comes in rainy and winter season.
None of them get as warm as I would like but this one gets about as warm as is ...

A great price on a product which is simple to assemble (I used the floor-standing configuration, but I have kept the wall-mount brackets in case I change my mind later). The design makes it easy to warm more than one towel (the S shape means you can easily slide towels in at the different levels). Very pleased.
