Doesn’t seem to absorb the oil like it should

Burns up rather quickly. Not sure why but does seem to be thinner than previously used wicks. Doesn't seem to absorb the oil like it should.

Nicely weaved, no strings hanging when I cut a piece to use on my oil lamp. No smoking or flareups either. I would definitely buy and recommend.

This wick burns very quickly and a bit dirty. Narrower than I expected as well. My original 3/4" wick that I replaced was a little wider, which provided slightly better light.
