my scale arrived unregulated; at each moment it marks a different weight; what should I do ?

I got it Oct 24th 2017 and it has stopped working already..no idea why it won't turn on..it hasn't been dropped..I use it for work and it did work great except for a few times it wouldn't stay on, thought it might be the batteries..

Wasn't sure if it was gonna meet my expectations.
It's great. Simple. Sturdy. Battery or ac powered. Lightweight. Big enough to put larger travel cases on but small enough to not be in the way. Definitely recommend

The Flexzion WBY-1F Industrial Postal Scale is an attractive and good quality large size postal and package scale. The 15x12" platform is stainless steel and large enough for most small to medium large packages. In fact the maximum capacity of the scale, up to 440 lbs, is far above what you would likely ever put on a scale of this size. All that said the scale does have a few annoying quirks to deal with. First, although it weighs in both kilograms, pounds and ounces the pound readings are displayed in pounds and percentages of pounds, not pounds + ounce increments. In other words a package of one pound and eight ounces will display as "1.50" pounds. You're left to figure out what that percentage means in ounces. Likewise, the ounces display shows only ounces, so the same one pound and eight ounce package would show as "24" ounces. Not a deal breaker. But the scale should really have had a mode for pounds + ounces. The separate display unit, that also holds the batteries, has large easy to read numbers. The mode and function buttons are large. But for some reason Flexzion chose to label the buttons with very dim gray type on a black button. The function buttons are all but unreadable in anything but the direct light. White on black easy to read markings would seem to be a no brainer. But the buttons are very difficult to make out in moderate light. The scale seems well built, with adjustable height feet, and there's a handy storage compartment on the bottom for the remote display unit. The system runs on batteries or with a supplied USB power adapter. All in all I am happy with the Flexzion WBY-1F Industrial Postal Scale. But I wish they had thought about, or will in the future think about, the details mentioned here.

We use this scale for our college tournaments (Bass Fishing). It has been a great scale and locks in quick. The key that I love about this scale is, 1, it has the detached face. So you can see and place where ever needed. 2. It has a lock feature. So you can weigh fish, lock the weight and have time to do what you need before moving to the next angler. Has really performed much better than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at this scale. Even getting wet from the fish, it has been excellent.
