You can't use too much of this stuff. It's evenly flavored so use it liberally. It's not too sweet and not too salty. It does have some sugar in it so be careful not to burn your meat on open flame cooking. Man, what a unique delicious flavor coming off of the grill or smoker!

Seasoning

I bought it for a specific hot chicken sandwich and everyone loved them. The seasoning is mild yet tasty. I think it's expensive though and I'm not convinced it's worth the price. Will look for other options for future chicken sandwiches.

This seasoning is a game changer. It's all I put on my chicken and pork chops before grilling. The first time I used it, my kids thought I had done something really fancy with the meat. Nope, just used this seasoning. It's a staple in our kitchen.

Our niece away leaving us her seasonings. One day my husband saw this Adkins seasoning in our seasoning lazy Susan and decided to try it on our chicken, marinated for an hour then barbecued it. It was so delicious and perfectly seasoned, we continued to use it and within a short time we had run out. After checking a couple of local grocery stores no luck, so I tried Amazon and ordered two. We eat a lot of chicken and fish, it is our go to seasoning.
