PROs: its inexpensive
CONs: It makes a buzzing sounds when its plugged in, and the input connector retaining clip failed such that the cable could not be removed without tearing the metal to get it out. If you plug it in to an uninterruptible power supply, the buzzing sound becomes a very loud hissing sound.
