I love the weight of the fabric, it doesn't feel too thin and "cheap" and the pattern looks so nice in person.
I ordered the dress in a plus size that typically fits me at a wide range of stores. It was too small and looked smaller upon visual inspection than was anticipated. I had to send it back and order the next size up. It came in a couple of days later (thanks Prime!) and while I was able to zip it, it too was smaller than I would have expected. Also, the fabric between the collar and shoulder strap was ripped, not the seam, an easy fix, but the fabric itself was torn. My husband and son said it looked pretty, so plus points there. I'll probably keep it and go on a crash diet for the next few weeks so i can wear it to the wedding I bought it for. It should fit better minus some ugly back fat, which, incidentally, is well covered with this dress.
The length was perfect for me as well.

Very beautiful dress, my daughter loves it. When buying you need to buy one size up from your normal size if you live in the US. My daughter usually wears a 6 and I bought her a 8 and it's perfect. We also bought the crenalin to go under it and it's looks beautiful with it!

This is an absolutely beautiful dress, lined and well made. No bra needed because the fabric is thick. I wore it to a wedding and got lots of compliments. If you plan to dance in it, wear shorts underneath because when you spin it twirls out and shows EVERYTHING!

I bought the dress in a larger size because of some of the reviews but when I got it It didnt want to zip up but I kept working with it and left half of the dress zipped then slipped it over my head then finished zipping. It hasnt given me any more problems.

There is a lot of material on this dress. I am sure the dress was fitted to the model in the picture. I probably won't wear this until I have it altered and I couldn't wear it for the event and had to purchase another dress.
