buyer beware Zipper issues.

My sister gave this to me as a xmas gift, and I fell in love. It was so soft, fluffy, just perfect for cuddling up to watch tv. BUT my happiness soon turned into sadness. The Zipper on this robe does not work!!!!!. I got it down once to put it on, and from that moment on, could not get the zipper to zip up at all. I even had other people try to zipper it up, they couldn't get it to work either. So I asked for an exchange, I figured maybe it was just that one that was defective. 2 days later my exchange arrived, I rushed to open the box and try it on. I figured no problems. WRONG!1 once again the same problem, nobody could get the zipper to work. So back it went the next day, and I am never getting anything from this line again. Buyer beware, this product didn't work for me twice.

I tried robes at brick and mortar stores and purchased a robe online. Most medium sizes were too big and small sizes were tight. My response is not quite the same story line as the "Thee Bears". This robe (size small), although a tad snug than preferred, was the most comfortable of all. Moreover, It is soft and the color is great.

Very comfy and soft. It is sort of shedding a little but it's still great. I had a fleece one that was really old & was hurting my skin since I got neuropathy. This one is softer, longer, warmer, prettier and I love it! I got a bigger size so it would be baggy and I am glad I did.
