Very powerful machine, expect maintenance
Terrance J AlexanderOctober 9, 2017
The machine is durable but the bottom brace broke off within a month or two and the vacuum mount became unsecured so I had to pay about $60 at a repair shop to get it mounted back on correctly. about the electric Breakers blowing: be sure to plug into high amp sockets such as where the refrigerator is located and where the washer and dryer is located in the house I believe these instructions are with the manual about the high voltage and apps that are machine uses. You will need to purchase High app 100 ft cords because the 50 Foot cords are not long enough also you may want to purchase a 100 foot pressure hose and vacuum hose because you will need it to travel long distances away from the machine. The suction is great! Incomparable. Way more powerful than any portable from home Depot I've ever used. the heating element works also, usually getting the cold water hot within 5 minutes. Ok, so why is the heating element around the vacuum??? The 5th time my machine got used, I used the heat and water started to drip out of the bottom, I tried the other vacuum and it went too. The Psi is great(2stars), but with no vacuum, what's the point. This is a scheme to get you to buy the vacuums from them, even a video online how to replace-by some 'engineer' likely the idiot who designed this money pit. Don't buy this. Oh and you'll blow 60% of the breakers you plug into, so bring a generator to your jobsite. Luckily I had a back up Von Schrader machine that handled the task at hand. Go on c r a i gs-list and you'll find lots of machines for cheap. P.O.S.
