It has a great fit. I got it for when I go paddle boarding. It is not a life jacket but it is better then going with nothing and it is super thin. The only down fall I have with it is the fact that it hugs up and practically around your neck. I like that it is not bulky at all. It also makes you look super skinny!

Somehow I lost this vest after only a few uses and I'm sick over it because it's NOT cheap. This vest is awesome and looks great in person though. It's very minimalistic so don't expect to be very bouant in the water. I'd buy it again if I had the cash.

the size chart from O'Neill is completely inaccurate - a size 12 should fit someone with a chest size 38 - 40". I measured myself at 36" (and yes I'm a guy) and I can't even zip the vest there was at least 4 inches missing ... and I purchased this for my wife ... I'm not sure if the label is referring to a 12 year old instead??? Someone else said that they're a size 2 but had to purchase a size 8 ... go figure

Fit nicely and is a great product, but color was not as seen in photo. The photo appears pink and purpleish-blue, however, it was a rusty-rose and more slate. The color description does accurately show, so it was ultimately my bad, but the photo was very deceiving.

I really love the fit and feel of this vest. Note that it is NOT US Coast Guard Approved so will not count towards the requirement for life preservers on a boat.
But for water sports or activities where a life preserver is not required, it is the most comfortable, lightweight and attractive ilfe vest I've ever worn.
