Its a work in progress at the moment but I put it up in one of our camper vents. I used a 12v reversible motor controller and wired into the 12v lights. This thing will create a noticeable breeze through our 30' camper and its great for pulling out heat. Doing this is significantly cheaper than a drop in vent fan assuming your not afraid to do the work in fabricating your own

The fan works great ,draws lots of air. Fine for a car , don't use forwill need to run it most of the night a camper or boat. I made a hatch fan. It pulls wind through the boat like crazy,, but pulls the battery down quick. I need a lighter duty fan for the boat hatch as I want to run it all night when anchored out.
