This waist trainer is snug! It compresses awesome. Im 5'5 and it came all the way down on me. It did bulge a bit in in the back because its no boning, but its good. I think you could wear it under some clothes but not something tight. I got a Medium to get ultimate compression, and right now Im on the first row.

First day wearing it. Not too bad. I am not accustomed to wearing ANYTHING snug or tight around my middle. This is as comfortable as anything else designed to be snug and hold things in.
I have a shorter than average torso so I was concerned about the overall length. Items like these are usually WAY too long. The length does not fit ME the way it does the model, it goes from pubic bone to just under my breasts. Which is tolerable since most will either require me to wear past the crotch or over the breasts.
I bought the XL. I am 5' 2" 200 lbs.
I am wearing on last set of hooks but it does fit.
Not sure of long term wearability or tolerability but pleased that it fits and dows "smooth" things out a bit.

After wearing it for not quite 2 weeks and it has a big rip around the bottom when it came in
I noticed a thread hanging and cut it then a couple of days another thread I left it and when I took it off I saw like a rip or tear and it just got bigger to were I afraid to wear it for 20 dollars you would think it would have lasted a little longer

I'm 5'3", 190, 38D-38-49. I ordered a 3X and it's perfect. Very tight on the loosest hooks but I suspect that's how it's supposed to fit. Will take some getting used to but it's not overly uncomfortable and I can breathe. There's 2 more tighter levels of hooks to nip it in further when I need to. It's not as long as I thought (comes about 2 inches below my belly button and doesn't cover my lower belly), which is why I took a star off. Might be an issue for taller or longer-torsoed wearers. It's very stretchy and discreet under clothing. So far, I like it and love the way it makes my body look. Makes my curves really pop! Can't say how well it'll hold up, but at this price, who cares!? Happy with this purchase and looking forward to the results.

I decided to purchase 2 of these after reading the great reviews and I'm very glad I did. I am 4'10", 151 curvy lbs. I ordered mine in medium and they fit perfect on the 2nd hook. They're not tight or restricting and because I'm short, they come down pretty nicely, giving great support to my bottom belly. [ got mine in black and beige and I'm ordering 2 more because they're an excellent value for the cost. If you're considering this purchase, do it and thank me later :-)
