Quality: 5 out of 5: This is made of high quality material. It was easy to assemble ( took me about 15 minutes to complete) and everything needed to assemble it was included in the box. There are many adjustment points on the cart to be able to fully customize it to fit your dog.
Value: 5 out of 5: For the $255.00 list price I got more than I was expecting. This thing is well built and can hold dogs of many shapes and sizes. There are different size carts available to match the correct size of your dog. I will definitely order again as needed.
Usefulness: 5 out of 5: This is very useful. If you have a dog that is not able to use their legs, then this is a must for you. There are many different adjustments available to ensure the comfort of your dog while in the cart. You can make it longer or shorter, and you can adjust the height of the wheels for maximum comfort.
Overall: .5 out of 5: Overall, I would most definitely recommend this everyone. The price is great and the quality is outstanding. Everything needed for assembly is included. They include rubber covers (Seen in picture 3) to place over the sharp corners to ensure no further injuries to your loved one. Also included are the hex keys (Seen in picture 4) needed for all the adjustment points. The wheels spin and turn with ease so there is no additional drag making it easy for your dog to move with no additional effort from them.

fairly well made. anything coming from china is suspect though. yes, rubber smell is strong out of box. they sent me a bar that was bent and had previous scratches on it. it would not fit in place and i could not complete assembly. never tested with my dog. then didn't need it because he was unable to walk at all anyway. aluminum bars are hollow, but sturdy thickness. it is appropriately priced compared to other canine wheelchairs. i had bought the large size. the wheels were big and sturdy.
