I've installed another similar air horn without issue. Upon receipt of the horn, the first thing I did was hook up the hose to the horn. If you blow on the hose the horn should sound.... nothing.... My previous horn install I did this and it immediately sounded just like it should. Thinking maybe I just couldn't blow hard enough I went ahead and connected the pump to 12V and tried to fire it up. Nope...the pump didn't work either! I've never had both fail. Returned for a refund.

Installed under the hood next to the battery, a pretty dry area typically. Didn't last a year... The horn and hose are of good quality but the compressor didn't last. Does require you to go buy wire and a couple other things but any idiot can install it.
