I finally invested in the lighthound after a number of light-up collar and leash fails because I run in the early mornings with my dogs (one at a time) and I felt they were more at risk than me. At last, I feel as though people notice them with the bright light that doesn't get covered by their glorious fluff.
For notes sake, it does come with a leash attachment, and you can program it to a specific color, or leave it to flash between all the colors. I purchased a medium to switch back and forth between my corgi and my cattle dog. There is definitely plenty of space to adjust between their drastically different sizes, though is go up to a large if your dog is more than 50 lbs.
Overall, love it, and I'm considering the tracer for myself.

I am baffled by all the great reviews.
I had dogs in my life since before I could walk & I work with an animal rescue now.
The pro - for this item that gives it the one star is that it does indeed light up for night walks.
The Cons - the biggest is that there is a big black button on the inside of the unit that sits right on your dogs shoulder blades making it uncomfortable for big dogs and painful for small dogs with smaller shoulder blades,
There are no quick conects or mine did not have them. You are forced to slide open the front and back straps and slide it over your dog than cinch up the straps (not easy to do especially if your dog is skidish).
After that you need to use the Velcro at the end of the straps to wrap around the cinched up strap. This is impossible to do on a small dog because the amour you have cinched it up far exceeds to the point where when you do attach it, it leaves a big loop your dog can trip on.
Last I followed the sizing perfectly for 2 different sized dogs, in both cases no matter how much I adjusted it if the leash went slack the harness would start to slip to one side or another.

I love this product. I can walk around my neighborhood at night and no longer feel like a creep walking a dog that no one can see. My neighborhood has poor street lighting and I have a dark brown almost black dog that likes to sniff things for an unnecessarily long time, so I end up lingering longer than I'd like. Instead of getting weird looks, now everyone comments on how cute my dog looks and I've even heard, "Damn, that's bright!" And they are right it is bright; I try not to stare at it for too long or I get disoriented. Additionally, he does not seem to mind the harness; it fits him well and he seems very comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the design, features, and brightness.

This is the best, and brightest, light up AND reflective harness I have purchased. This harness allows me to clearly see where my dog is in the backyard at night as well as on walks near busy street. The price might seem high compared to other light up harnesses available on Amazon, but don't let that get in the way of your pets safety. These are rechargeable and washable. The quality is on point!
I have bought the typical orange and yellow neon reflective vests in the past for my dogs, with the reflective piping built into them, but they do not compare to this.
The neon colors are bright and easy to see at night. The harness has the ability to flash at different speeds and with different colors for optimal visibility of your pet. There is neon yellow reflective fabric on both sides of the harness accompanied by reflective silver trim all around. Even if the lights run out of charge on the harness, your dog will still be visible when light is shined on them. Yay!
I purchased two larges - one for a lab / Rottweiler and one for a Bernese Mountain dog. They fit well and are at their smallest adjustment for the neck strap with a little bit of wiggle room - I'm glad I didn't get the medium even though their measurements suggested that would be the appropriate size.
Note: This harness is not a substitute for a collar. There is no hook to attach a leash and I wouldn't recommend using it to attach any kind of lead.
