Easy to take anywhere--fairly consistent in readings--a great travel companion.
Great if you have a-fib or asthma! Less than the cost of an unnecessary trip to the ER!

I bought this to have on hand for my 2 kids with chronic respiratory problems. I do have a Welch Allyn vital machine, but it's not exactly portable. It has been great for checking their oxygen saturation when I'm not quite sure if their meds are cutting it. An added bonus is that my mother can come check her heart rhythm so she can know if her a-fib is acting up or if she just has a fast pulse. Anything to avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor or ER is worth the price to me!
