Great solution to my short stems

Great solution! Just got new tire and discovered the tire shop replaced my tire stems with shorter stems. I could not get my compressor chuck to fit. I considered going back but have no time. I found this solution and it is the best thing since sliced bread for me. I have an exstra that i keep with my 12v tire pump foe emergencies. Now I can help anyone regardless of stem length. nice!

I installed these on both of my SUVs. They work great when airing up my tires and seems to flow fine. They do stick out just a bit due to the placement of my valve stems on my OEM wheels but are tucked in nicely on my steelies. I just wish they had a black version to blend in a little better.

Love these, make checking air pressure so easy. I have a riding tractor and four cars I'm pretty much responsible for - keeping up with 20 tires is a bit stressful when the weather changes so frequently in the fall and spring here in South Texas. eliminating the step of removing the valve stem cover, while it sounds trivial, is a big time saver. Most times I don't think of it until I need to go somewhere and by the time I'm done filling the tires I need to wash my hands - not with these, big time saver.

I've been a big fan of these since I discovered them fifteen years ago or so. While they are billed as being designed enable checking and inflation / deflation of tires without removing a valve cap, there's another important role they perform. Most air chucks designed specifically for truck tires have ridges on the inside of the chuck that enables it to be locked into place on the valve stem. Do this enough times and you wear away the threads on your valve stem and you will not only not be able to lock an air chuck onto it, but you will not be able to screw the valve cap back onto the stem. It's much cheaper and easier to replace one of these caps if they wear out than it is to replace a valve stem.
Very affordable product that makes it SO easy to keep tire pressure right to save on gas and tire ware.

These work great - bought a second box after seeing how well the first set work since I have 5 cars. I am using it on one vehicle that has the pressure monitor system and has not been an issue. Nice material and solves one other issues on one of the cars where a traditional gas station filling air system would not reach past the plastic hub cab on nieces car so these extend out making it a cinch for us to fill now. Very affordable product that makes it SO easy to keep tire pressure right to save on gas and tire ware.
