Pretty cool device. I have a hand-held version and while it's nice you have to move it around your face. I used that for a month and noticed visible differences. This is why I bought the mask, so would not have to move around my face and can just lay there and relax while it lights up my face. One very cool thing about the mask is you can control the lighting from dim to bright 1 through 5. I thought that was pretty cool and didn't remember reading that in the item description. I will do an update after a month. I've used this type of lighting before and I do know it works very well.
Also, the packaging was really nice. Came very nicely packaged and wrapped professionally like they took care in their packaging of the product and delivery.
