This is quite a collar - not for a delicate dog! The webbing is stiff but softens a bit. Izzy had a Macho Dog collar that he grew out of, it was similar but lighter weight. Izzy iz a 130# Mastweiler and the XL fits just right - the measurements listed are accurate. I don't think he will ever need another collar.

Nice, tough collars for my 2 Great Danes. I bought larges after looking at the measurements, but probably could have gotten away with mediums. I can't believe it! Nothing about my Danes is medium to say the least! They have plenty of room to fill out even further. My only complaint is the huge D-ring. You might have issues putting on your dog's tags due to the thickness and it does tend to clink the buckle and make a lot of noise.
