Bought this for the workplace employee timecards, card model TOPS 1259 (Replaces M-3) also shown in the buy together offer. The cards do not fit into the slot other than the first one without the extra plastic that's making the slot too small for all the other 4 time cards. Would have kept it, if it had fit the cards, quality and design were just what I needed.
