This is a great buy and they offer outstanding customer service. I initially bought the wrong size cartridges for our Brother PT 90. However with the cartridges was a note with the email address of their customer service asking that you contact them if you had any questions about or problems with the order. I sent them an email saying I'd ordered the wrong size cartridge and asking if they sold the size I needed. They responded within a day and after I sent them my Amazon Order # they promptly sent me the correct-size cartridges at no charge. We've used the new labels and are very satisfied. In fact the backing is easier to get off then the more expensive name-brand product.

Never buying brand name again! I decided to try these out after reading the reviews and I am so glad I did. These are super strong and seem exactly like the brand name ones except you can receive 8 for the price of one expensive tape. Love these and never going back.

Great, cheap alternative to the brand name versions that are 5x more expensive than Staples including our corporate discount. Started with a 5 pack to try them out, but now we order the 10 packs considering how happy we are with the quality and price point /unit.

These labels seem to be just as good as the Brother product. They may be just a bit thinner but it's really hard to tell. The only real question in my mind is longevity and that's why I only give the product 4 stars. I will upgrade my rating at a later time when I'm satisfied on this point.
