Love my Star Projector

This item was purchased just after Christmas as a present to myself. I had been wanting something like this but hesitated for a long time. I finally saw a review of this exact model on YouTube. I decided to buy after watching that video. I am very happy with the product. I recently had a party and used it. Everybody loved it....and it made everything so beautiful. I will say that the less light you use, the more intense the display. No light at all creates a fantastically intense display. There is movement among the stars. They seem to have a rotation, almost like it is floating on your ceiling. I do wish there was an option to view the starlight in a white in addition to a green. The blue nebula cloud is beautiful and can be used by itself or with the stars. Careful not to look into the device. It is a laser and can damage eyes. Keep away from kids and pets for this reason. If you have it perched on the floor, please be careful if you have dogs or cats who may want to go up and sniff it. Eye damage is possible.

This is a totally amazing star and cloud changing light show for a dark room. All of the stars are moving in different directions like in the universe. Some stars move faster than others in sort of a random curvey pattern. The cloud option is a great feature and has a control to adjust the brightness. It is constantly changing in a cool wave. You will love it. I do!

The star light stopped working after 1 hour. Really cool when on, but needs to be better quality for the price.

This is the version with the built in timer. We've had it for 4 months and the stars have stopped working. It's not the switch because you can hear it spinning up, but no laser light.

I purchased this item to use for vacation bible school (VBS) to talk about the universe and on the third time turning the unit on, 2/3 of the green stars were out and no longer working and the ones remaining on were so dim you could not use the purple cloud as it would overshadow the stars remaining even on its lowest setting. This was an expensive item to go out so quickly and be useless. I am very disappointed.
