Update 8/9/18: one of the lights no longer works.
Ordered these after reading several reviews stating that the lights were quite bright - they are! I also took the advice of a previous review and made a paper template for installation. This made a HUGE difference and they installed in no time. Very happy with this purchase!

Very disappointed in these. I ordered two sets to light up our tiered deck. They light up fine when covering the sensor in the house but do not light up outside unless you are stepping directly over the sensor. So disappointed that I ordered two sets and it is not taking care of the problem.

They seem to be bright and look nice. At first, two of them did not light up. I literally requested the return with Amazon and the next night they started working. No idea. So I cancelled the return.
I have stuck these with outdoor rated tape onto the foundation of the house to light up the driveway. They keep falling off and probably need to really be screwed into the foundation with proper screws. Also, it says that they are supposed to come with screws but mine did not. I doubt they would have been the right ones for my application anyway but it is worth mentioning.
Overall they seem to work although a few fell off the wall. A negative review for the sticky tape but an overall positive review for these lights!

My tripod dog has difficulty on the stairs at night. I had two regular solar lights pointed on the stairs, but days without full sun and they lost power quickly. I charged these up in full sun one day and just set them on the edge of the stairs that night. The amount of light they put out was great! I forgot to move them into direct sunlight the next day, but even just sitting on the steps with a partly cloudy day, they still lit up the stairs that night. These seem to be a better quality than the other numerous solar lights I have bought and even come with the hardware to install them!

We have a floating deck and large at that! We decided to give these lights a shot and have been very pleased with the results. We wanted to keep the lighting minimal around the pool area and these were a perfect addition. Gave us just the right amount of light to navigate the steps.
