bought 6 of these and gave to friends, makes for an excellent all occasion, for the person that has everything gift.
comes with a straight then spiral then straight cable, this is ok but have to get the read-out set just right so it doesn't spring back to the ground.
Seems low cost but durable. good value.

My husband uses this to weigh animals. First he gets on and weighs, then he picks up animal and weighs- subtracting his own weight-giving accurate measures. He likes it but we still want to find one with larger base eventually.

This is working great.
It comes with both a battery and a charging cable, so you are ready to go straight out of the box.
You can set it to your preferred unit of measurement (lbs, kg, etc.)
It accepts weight up to 300lbs (deciding factor)
You can easily preset a custom start weight.
It LOOKS attractive. I like the sleek stainless steel base.
I needed a postal scale for my micro business. I am very happy with this scale I selected.

I love this scale so much that I bought TWO of the exact same one. Here are some reasons why I chose this scale versus other ones.
1. The weight limit was a high factor in my purchase. It has a capacity of 440lbs. Although I will never reach that limit, I know how tempting it is for my guests to weigh themselves, which is why I bought a second one for human use. :)
2. The overall sleek design. It is made of high-quality, one piece design, which makes it very easy to clean. I know other scales may prefer to have ridges in their design to prevent slipping, but I prefer this look, so dirt won't get caught in between the ridges.
3. The digital screen isn't stuck to the scale. I ship a lot of packages that are about 5 ft tall, and it would be extremely hard for me to look over the package to see the weight on the screen. With this design, I am able to mount the screen at eye height, away from the scale to read better.
4. Customer service. While setting up my scale, I accidentally broke the battery cover on the back of my scale. No big deal, but I figured I'd ask them if they could replace that specific plastic piece and they were quick to resolve my issue! A+ for customer service!

Good scale for the price, but don't expect super high quality. Gets the job done

There was a broken side on the panel when it arrived even though very well packaged and the panel was bent. It looks like it came from the factory that way, but it doesn't prevent me from using it so it's not a huge deal for me. You have to push the buttons down very hard until you hear a beep, at first when you push lightly you think that you've pushed it but you have to push super hard. But I don't change modes often so that is not a huge deal. I liked getting a big scale at a great price and having the panel with a long cord so I can weigh big packages. Overall, it's good for the money for what I need.
