This item is not what they say it is. I bought one and I couldn't even put my leg in it and I bought it for almost $70. Please DO NOT BUY IT. I wear medium size and I ordered for XL but still came out wrong.

the fit was perfect with the exception of the thigh area. Kinda tight and you can tell that wearing it under my pants. The only other downside was trying to use the bathroom in this thing....if I was a little smaller would probably be better :)

I us this item after a liposuccion, but my favorite to flat my stomach are corsett.
