Protects my iPhone 6 Plus in the Kayak

I like this. I use mine when on the kayak. I tested it with a Otter Box Commuter case for my iPhone 6 plus with a paper towel in place of the phone. I didn't see myself taking the phone out of the case to use this, so I wanted to see if it fit and worked. It did. I went swimming in the lake with it around my neck, swimming down to about 10 feet under water. After a 15 minute test, not a drop of water got it. Again, my intended purpose is to use it out of the water on a kayak, so I figured if it passes that test, it will work for me. Because of the phone case, I put the phone in upside down so that my camera was in the clear plastic area, so I'm still able to take photos with it and use it while inside the case. The home button is behind the white part of the plastic, but I can still use it fine. If I didn't use it with the case, I'm sure I wouldn't have to put it in upside down. I've posted a few FB live videos out on the kayak with it already. as well as taking lots of photos. I feel confident if I was to overturn, my phone would be protected. The string that attaches the lanyard to the waterproof case is thin. I'll eventually use another lanyard with a clip. And the compass has never worked. I didn't buy it for compass however.

I have to say - I am very impressed with this waterproof phone case. I bought this for my trip to Iceland, particularly for the Blue Lagoon. Unfortunately, I did not have time to napkin test before I left; when I used this case with my phone for the first time, I really put a lot of faith into it that it would keep my phone safe and dry!
The case is easy to open and to close, and comfortably fits your phone. I use an iPhone 5s, so that definitely fits. It comes with a strap, which you can wrap around your wrist or wear around your neck. During my trip to the Blue Lagoon, I was able to use my phone, take photos, and even dunk the case under the water. My boyfriend and I stayed for over an hour and during that time, there were no leaks at all in my phone case.
Overall, for the price, you can't beat this phone case!

AMAZING waterproof cover!

This thing is AMAZING! As instructed, I first tested it with a paper towel and floated it in the sink. After 1/2 hour, it was still dry! My first outing to the lake with the waterproof cover was last weekend and a drop of water never touched my phone! The thing that is so amazing to me is that the touch screen works, the camera works great (you can't even tell in a picture that there was a cover around the phone) and the video WITH SOUND is clear and crisp! I love it and feel 100% safe taking my phone in the water - a great product, for sure!

Worked exactly as I hoped. Completely waterproof for my iphone 6 + id, cash & credit card. I did the napkin test first, to ensure it was waterproof, but even then I was nervous. Wore it while on vacation in Hawaii, while playing around on the beach and grew my confidence level. By the end of the trip, I had it on while in the rain and even while snorkeling at Haunama Bay with not a drop of water leakage! I was even able to take some pics underwater, although when submerged, it becomes a lot harder to get the screen to respond to touch. Outside of water, the touchscreen works perfectly, and I took loads of pics, texted & made phone calls all while it was inside the pouch. You sometimes have to reposition it inside, to keep distortion out of the pic, but the distortion can also give a cool retro look to the pics.
Good product, but the size is misleading and the strap is cheaply made.

I have a iPhone 6s Plus with a slim case, this bag is kinda tight for my phone with case on. The size description is for the retail packing it come in not for the bag itself. Over all it is a good product if you have a smaller phone than iPhone 6/6s plus. As of today 06/17/2016, took the case for rafting the strap broke. Thank god the case is white and I was able to located the phone and the case under water. Disappointed about the strap broke in first use. The pouch did keep my phone dry under water.
