Small spatula, perfect for eggs, sausage, even grilled cheese sandwiches. I would like to see this stainless steel spatula in a version that is equal to their 12" long, nylon coated version. This design leaves your hand a little too close to hot grease if frying in conditions where grease may splatter however, it is a great size for small jobs and has a very good feeling, metal handle.
Compared to the small Sur La Table slotted fish spatula, the small Tenta 7 spatula is stiffer and smaller

The products (2 spatula) arrived on time from China. However, it was narrower than I expected and it didn't have enough flex for me as compared to the Sur La Table slotted fish spatula. Here is a comparison between the Sur La Table and the Tenta 7 spatulas. As you can see from the photos, the Sur La Table spatula is wider and has more flex. Overall, the spatula is not as nice as the Sur La Table spatula because the Tenta 7 is smaller and doesn't flex enough (too stiff).
Very nice spatuals. Great price. Longevity of the product may be an issue.

These are a great size. However, there is no flex to the blade at all. In fact, where the blade meets the handle does bend just slightly, but it isnt supposed to. I am afraid that these may break due to this intersection. But overall the spatula is very nice to look at. Both feel good in the hand. They are light weight and are sturdy enough to lift any food that can fit on them. I just wish they were a little more flexible is all.
The quality control at this company is pretty dismal. Be aware if you expect an undamaged ...

I grew up learning to cook for a family of five, using a fish turner - not knowing what it was called or why as we never ate fish. I use this as a combination spatula/whisk.
I was amazed at the high quality (similar to one purchased 27 years earlier - that finally gave out - for $20) though a bit surprised by the smaller size at the time. Now only cooking for 1-2 people - the size is perfect.
Flip Salisbury steaks, meatballs for stews, any small browned meats, then add water or stock and use to scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen all of that flavorable fond for the best gravies. Easy to whisk in thickeners. Great tool!
