I had a grout haze problem on a new ceramic floor. the installer didn't remove the excess grout while it was still wet. The acid is non irritating to hands, eyes, and feet. I used a garden sprayer to mist the tiles with a 50/50 dilution of the acid. waited 5 minutes for the product to loosen up the grout surface, used a deck scrubber brush, then hardwood scubber vacuum cleaner (hoover) to rinse and pickup the muddy water and the tiles look great. The cost was hoover (99), brush (15) and this product . I did 1200 sq feet on one gallon. There is a youtube video on this technique as a reference and it worked great and saved hundreds on hiring a professional.
