Easy enough for a grandma to install

I searched for a while to find a bronze colored hand held shower head to add to my shower. This one works perfectly, was very easy to install, and was reasonably priced compared to others I found. Since the holder that comes with this shower head holds only the shower head and attaches to the main shower pipe, I needed to order another holder with an on/off diverter which holds my original shower head and this one. I am waiting for it to arrive.

This company responded to my review within a day and immediately gave me a full refund! They offered solutions to troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, the faucet still leaks continuously. I love everything about the product except for the faucet leaking. I applaud this company's customer service. My only wish is to be able to use this product.
Updates (08/09/2017) keep getting better! This company also sent me a new shower head to replace the defective one. I had it installed yesterday. It works perfectly! I absolutely love everything about this shower head along with the ShowerMaxx company which went above and beyond with their responses and actions. This product and manufacturer are remarkable! I wish I could give more stars.

The pressure for this is just OK. I removed the water saving bits as instructed. The massage function is pretty weak.
The Shower head itself is plastic. While the hose is a bit longer than others, it is still a few inches too short for my preference.
Otherwise it was easy to install and works well without leaking, providing you don't want a super powerful massage.

This is a wonderful product. I ordered the Chrome model. I love the look of it and it has greatly improved my shower experiences. It is the perfect length of cord, ends up at a nice height (I'm 5'9'' so that matters), and I love the amount of water pressure that comes out with the default setting.

This is a very attractive shower head for the price. It looks elegant and fits well with my other bathroom decor. The ball joint was not holding the shower head in position initially. I contacted the seller and received an immediate response. They sent me a replacement that arrived within a few days. This replacement piece worked great.
