I recently made popovers for my kids and they stuck to my old muffin pans so terribly. After spending more time cleaning the pan than it took to make & eat the popovers, I went online in search of a better muffin pan. I turned to America's Test Kitchens Equipment Reviews for their best rated nonstick muffin pan and this is the pan they recommend. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but not out of my price range. I have a rule though, I don't buy anything that can't be washed in the dishwasher (except my cast iron pans). This muffin tin is hand wash only. I decided I'd break that rule if this pan was truly nonstick because I already spend so much time scrubbing my muffin pans out by hand when foods stick in them. I got my pan delivered yesterday and I gave it a test run this morning. Right out of the package I noticed that this muffin pan is much heavier than other muffin pans I've used. My baked goods literally slid out of the cups! Clean up was super easy, for this particular recipe I basically just had to wipe the pan clean. I definitely see why this is the top rated muffin pan at ATK.

Any Oxo baking product I have purchased has become a favorite of mine! The quality of the products is excellent. They are heavy duty, and the non-stick surfaces work really well. The grooves at the bottom help to keep baked good from sticking, create air flow for even baking. It's durable and very easy to clean. I highly recommend these products!
