The large luggage piece could not survive the domestic flight baggage handlers. Two busted wheels after only one flight. Do not buy this model! The wheels are glued and screwed to the flimsy plastic ... There is no inner support or structure. I came home with no wheels at all, just 4 holes and duct tape covering them in order to not lose the content of my luggage... and dragging the large luggage. I had to return the set.

First off, I got this set at a ridiculous price. For some reason Amazon had this particular color (Silver) on sale for well under a C-note. In spite of some of the negative reviews, I pounced on it. While the set looked fantastic on unboxing, I waited until now after I'd actually used the set for travel to write the review. 4 flights (two transcontinental), numerous parking lot rolls, 6 hotels, 4 airports and loading in and out of the car over three weeks later: zero damage. A few surface scratches but that's to be expected with ABS/Poly luggage. The wheels roll and turn pretty well and they're reinforced at the corners.

The only cons are that the telescoping handle is a but on the wobbly size compared to higher end luggage and I wish there were a few more internal pockets. Also the locks that come with the set are not TSA-approved so you'll basically be throwing them out or using them elsewhere.

One suggestion for people who experience cracks and dents -- always make sure your ABS/Poly luggage is reasonably well packed. Checking an empty or underfilled suitcase is just asking for trouble.

I have always purchased expensive luggage due to the way the luggage is thrown around at the airport. I was apprehensive purchasing this set at first but I really liked the look of it on the price was right at the time. I was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived. They seemed very durable and I love the organization on the inside. I am very OCD about packing and put each outfit and separate pouches. The two car compartments on each side made it very easy to keep my stuff organized.
My second concern was the durability of the wheels. I've had the wheels damaged on two of my suitcases so I was worried that this would happen with these. I used the medium and large one this past Christmas and they both survived the trip without any wear. My husband is using a carry on size as we speak on his business trip and he loves it as well
I highly recommend to this suitcase set. It's a great value and it looks good too. My only complaint is the locks that come with the suitcase. They are very flimsy so you might want to purchase a metal lock if you need to lock your suitcase.

Just bought TWO of these luggage sets for Christmas..first flight THIS happened! Seems like this set is very bad quality if you go by other bad reviews because of broken luggage.. very disappointed! Would like a refund or at least replacement if they can promise it won't happen again!
*****UPDATE*****
I am giving this product 4 stars (instead of 1). because Amazon replaced this set within a week of me contacting them! I am very pleased with their great customer service! Thank you Amazon!

I was a bit skeptical about getting this set because of the brand and the low price. To my pleasant surprise, they have worked out great; I have used them on a few trips and so far they are holding up great.
They are very light compared to my old set and the wheels do work very well overall. The only problem that I have experienced is that some airports have heavy traffic carpeting and these bags are nearly impossible to push on all wheels; basically you have to pull them on 2 wheels which makes a bit cumbersome.
I was so happy with these bags overall that I bought a second pair for my wife.
