Failed After 1 spring germination run. Low hours of use before ceasing to work. UPDATE:::: The company instantly responded to this review and corrected the problem to 100% satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again for anything. They stand behind the products they vend. Great expedient customer service!

Works great. Raised seedlings under my grow light and was able to get a healthy batch of beautiful tomatoes. This product lets you control your heat mat so you don't cook your seedlings. It's absolutely necessary item in my opinion.

My first thermostat has a glitch. I let Vivosun know and they instantly replaced the thermostat plus gave me a special gift which I love. And this was all done in 2 days! I've never seen Customer Service act so swiftly in all my life. Truly impressed. Wow! Very reasonable price, good product and incredible service!

The thermostat I received was faulty but customer service promptly offered a replacement instantly. Even though I opted for another heat mat instead, they bent over backwards to solve my problem. Can't vouch yet for the thermostat since the mat is doing very well without it for my palm seeds.

I just got this thermostat. Worked great but somehow it showed 2 degrees F higher than real temperature.
After my complaint seller contacted me and replaced thermostat for free. Level of seller response is amazing. Thank you.
