Love the look, but quality is a concern

Loved the bag when I first got it. The style was exactly what I was looking for, and the quality seemed to be top notch. Three trips later and the leather and canvas has held up well, however the clasp that holds the shoulder strap to the bag broke. After such light use in only 4 months, I couldn't honestly recommend it to a friend. If I could return it I would. I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this review and remedies the situation with a replacement. Otherwise this will be my first, and last Berchirly product.
